In these terms, asleep, we, and us mean the seller operating asleep.lt. You means the customer placing an order.

These terms apply to every offer and agreement between asleep and you unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability on the website constitute an offer, subject to obvious mistakes and stock.

An agreement is formed when we confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Eligible mattresses include a 120-night home trial. Trial conditions, exclusions, and how to start a return will be detailed here.

Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right, we explain the period, how to notify us, and what happens next.

Unless stated otherwise or required by law, trial returns of eligible mattresses are free of charge as described in our returns policy.

We describe the limits of our liability for indirect damages, while respecting mandatory consumer protections.

Standard delivery to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia is free and typically takes 5–8 business days, unless a different date is selected at checkout.
