We want you to sleep well on asleep for years. Manufacturing is a human process, and a defect can occasionally occur. If that happens, we will do everything we reasonably can to fix it.
You can expect our products to meet the stated specifications, the reasonable requirements of normal use, and the legal provisions applicable at the time of order. We therefore provide a warranty on (certain parts of) our products.
1. The warranty expires if
- The product was used incorrectly or not according to the care instructions
- The product was modified, repaired, or cleaned by a third party without our approval
- Damage results from normal wear and tear, misuse, or external causes
2. Mattress warranty — 10 years
asleep mattresses come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use. Full coverage details and exclusions will be listed here.

4. How to use your warranty
Contact us via the contact page with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos to assess the claim.
